<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-TOP: 5pt" align="justify"><u><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><strong>Senior Counselors -</strong></span></u><span><strong> Full time<br/><br/></strong><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Senior Counselors oversee the daily operation of the group home when the Program Manager is absent.&nbsp; Responsibilities include: assisting the Program Manager in hiring, evaluation, and supervision of staff; monitoring program goals; ensuring adherence to program procedures; and acting as a liaison between Counselors and the Program Manager.<br/><br/>The qualifications for this position include:&nbsp; A&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in a human services field, 2 years post-secondary education; an Associate's degree and 6 months experience working with youths in a group setting; or&nbsp;a High School Diploma and&nbsp;3 years experience working with youth in a group setting.<br/></span><br/></span><u><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><strong>Counselors -</strong></span></u><span><strong> </strong><strong><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Full time, Part time, and Relief positions<br/></span><br/></strong><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Counselors are&nbsp; responsible for the welfare of youth in their care.&nbsp; Responsibilities include implementing behavior management procedures, supervising recreational activities, and actively participating with the Treatment Team.&nbsp; Additionally, counselors are responsible for providing a clean and attractive home environment that is safe and supportive, and for teaching hygiene practices and good interpersonal relationships to residents.<br/>&nbsp;<br/>The qualifications for this position include: a Bachelor's degree in a human services field;&nbsp;an Associates degree and 6 months experience working with youths in a group setting; or a High School Diploma and 3 years experience working with youth in a group setting</span><strong>.</strong>&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></span></p><u2:p></u2:p>

On this slightly overcast (no annoying glare) and unseasonably cool (no sweat or sunburn) Friday morning, golfers lined up for an 8:00am shotgun start at the USEC Golf Tournament. As starting holes were assigned, snazzy red golf carts took off for the rolling hills of Little Bennett Golf Course. </span>

					  <description><![CDATA[<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">When Maria entered the Damamli program in April
of 2006, she was excited about this program and what the future might hold. She
had recently been kicked out of her foster home for fighting with the other
foster child and later bounced from foster home to foster home due to her
non-compliance with the household rules and incidents of being AWOL (absent
without leave). In spite of this, Maria was an honor roll student that didn&#8217;t
allow her pregnancy to get her off track.</span></div>
