For group of teenagers seeking to channel their energies into bright futures, a visit last week to the headquarters of a global energy corporation provided some valuable guidance. 

It was the first ever Career Day for Hearts & Homes for Youth, a Silver Spring-based shelter program providing services to at-risk young people in several Maryland countries, and the event offered a chance for 11 participants to explore professional possibilities.
