Clinical Case Manager –Treatment Foster Care- LSWA or LGSW required
As part of
our Treatment Foster Care program, clinical case managers provide their social
work expertise to support children with therapeutic emotional needs who require
intensive care and treatment outside of their own homes. Low caseloads of
8-10 and provides off-site therapy. Training and clinical supervision is
provided. To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in

of our Independent Living Program, clinical case managers provide their social
work expertise to support 8-10 adolescent mothers who reside in foster homes or
their own apartments. Training and clinical supervision is

Social Work and be licensed in the state of
As a part
of our Shelter Home treatment team, the Case Manager is responsible for the
coordination of the youth’s treatment in care. Case Managers provide
their expertise to support 10- 14 male and female residents who reside in our
shelter care program. Training and supervision is provided. To
qualify the applicant must have a Bachelors degree in social work or related field,
and preferably two years of experience in youth welfare services. Excellent
organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
Program
Manager –
Full time
Oversees the daily operation of the
group home and shelter. Interviewing, supervising, and training counselors;
conducting weekly staff meetings; participating in weekly agency meetings,
coordinating services for youth with Treatment Team, managing physical plant to
be in accordance with local, state and Federal guidelines, evaluating policies
and procedures, administering statistical data, maintaining appropriate records
and forms, recruiting referrals into program from community based
agencies. Must have strong organizational, writing, problem solving
skills, and must have experience working with adolescents and/or
youth. Master’s Degree with some experience in the field, or hold a
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma
or equivalent and have 3 years of experience in related field and 1 year of
supervisory experience.
Senior Counselors - Full time
Senior Counselors are responsible for monitoring program goals and adherence to
procedures, assisting the Program Manager in hiring, evaluation, and
supervision of staff, acting as a liaison between Counselors and the Program
Manager, acting as Program Manager in his/her absence, on call duty, monitoring
the progress of all residents, overseeing case management functions and
maintaining continuity in the program, performing delegated administrative
duties, and other related duties and activities as assigned. Must have
strong organizational, writing, problem solving skills, and must have
experience working with adolescents and/or youth. Senior Counselors
must hold Baccalaureate degree in a human services field, or have two years
post-secondary education at the Associate or Undergraduate level and six months
experience in working with youths in a group setting, or hold a High School
Diploma and have three years experience in working with youth in a group
setting.
Counselors - Full time, Part time, and Relief positions
Counselors are
directly responsible for the welfare of our youth by role modeling and
mentoring, performing care and behavior management functions, supervising
recreational activities, and actively participating on a Treatment Team.
Responsibilities include providing a clean and attractive home environment that
is safe and supportive; teaching hygiene practices and good interpersonal
relationships; enforcing rules and applying discipline within prescribed
limits; ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and healthcare; performing
necessary administrative duties and transports children when required.
Baccalaureate degree in a human services field, or have two years
post-secondary education at the Associate or Undergraduate level and one year
experience in working with youth in a group setting, or hold a High
School Diploma and have one year of experience in working with youth in a group
setting. Must be flexible and have a strong commitment to the welfare of
youth.
