Monday, August 30th, 2010- BB&T Bank to make a major investment. Under the leadership of Luis Lobo president, Washington metropolitan region and Thomas Ransom, Senior Vice President, BB&T and other bank staffers will invest in the most valuable "commodity" in our community – Children. Hearts & Homes for Youth provides what every child deserves; a Home and a Family. BB&T Bank engaged in a TV style "makeover" of one of these homes, the John C. Tracey Boys Group Home in Rockville, Maryland on August 28, 2010. The Montgomery County bankers are a part of the community and want to make it a better place in which to live and work.
