Open Positions

Senior Counselors – Full time

Senior Counselors oversee the daily operation of the group home when the Program Manager is absent. Responsibilities include: assisting the Program Manager in hiring, evaluation, and supervision of staff; monitoring program goals; ensuring adherence to program procedures; and acting as a liaison between Counselors and the Program Manager.

The qualifications for this position include: A Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, 2 years post-secondary education; an Associate’s degree and 6 months experience working with youths in a group setting; or a High School Diploma and 3 years experience working with youth in a group setting.

Counselors – Full time, Part time, and Relief positions

Counselors are responsible for the welfare of youth in their care. Responsibilities include implementing behavior management procedures, supervising recreational activities, and actively participating with the Treatment Team. Additionally, counselors are responsible for providing a clean and attractive home environment that is safe and supportive, and for teaching hygiene practices and good interpersonal relationships to residents.

The qualifications for this position include: a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field; an Associates degree and 6 months experience working with youths in a group setting; or a High School Diploma and 3 years experience working with youth in a group setting.

Clinical Social Worker – Full time

The Clinical Social Worker position located in the Baltimore area provides social work services to young mothers and their children. This position works with mothers from 16 through 21years of age who reside in therapeutic foster homes or independent living apartmnents with their children. Individual will provide and coordinate treatment with placing agent and foster families. Ideal candidate must possess strong clinical assessment skills and ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with a diverse population. Qualification includes Master’s degree in social work with LGSW licensure. We offer individual and group clinical supervision, agency in-services trainings and a collaborative supportive working environment.
