• John Walsh –  Co-Founder, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Host- “America’s Most Wanted” – Award presented by former Maryland Governor Harry R. Duncan – and to formally present the “naming” of an HHY Shelter Home for Children the “Richard J. Ferrara Home” – Hon. This award will be presented by a Co-Founder of Hearts & Homes for Youth, the Honorable John C. “Jack” Tracey, along with “Bud’s” daughter, Nancy Morningstar and his son, Alfred D. “Bud” Noyes, Jr.
