Homeless is defined as youth who are currently without permanent housing.

The TLP Program provides comprehensive and quality community-based services to homeless youth. The program provides case management support, counseling, and supportive housing for youth ages  18- 21. Application for housing is required and based on availability. Please contact the program for more information and to complete an application and intake interview.
